How safe is Squat Rack when exercising

A. You could adjust the height until the bar rests on the J-cups. 

B. You could remove the barbell from the squat rack and place it back on the floor. Once you have ensured that the barbell is sitting on the J-Cups, you should move on to setting up the rest of the squat rack.

2. Keep the squat rack clean: You should always keep your power rack clean. When cleaning your squat rack, you should wipe down all of the metal parts with a rag or towel. Make sure you don't use soap or anything abrasive when cleaning your squat rack.

3. Use proper lifting technique: When exercising with a power rack, you should follow these three steps. 

Step1 - Start with your feet shoulder-width apart. 

Step2 - Bend your knees slightly and step forward with your left foot. Step3 - Stand up straight and push your hips backward.

5. Always warm up before exercising: Before starting any type of workout, you should always warm up. Warming up helps to loosen muscles and joints before working out. You should perform some basic stretches and exercises to get ready for your workout.

6. Never lift weights without warming up: Always remember to warm up before lifting weights. Lifting weights without warming up can cause injuries.
