How to Exercise with Unique Barbells

 When you exercise using Short Barbell, you lift your plates closer to your hands and you have confidence in holding the plat very well. 



How you set up a short barbell for easy exercising. First, you placed the barbell on a Squat Rack where you can be able to lift from it easily. Place your plates on it. After that, you adjust your bench under the Rack. Make sure your rack con holds the short barbell very well. 

Remember is not a must to place this barbell on the Rack. most people lift from the floor off above their head. As a beginner, I will only encourage you to exercise using Rack to balance your experience. 

After inserting the weighted plates, you need what we call collars to lock the barbell and plates. This process will help the plates and short barbells to stay strong without issues. 

Now you need to lift the equipment gradually but make such the plates in inserts in low to your lifting, otherwise, it will break you down if lift a piece of weighted equipment that is heavier than what you can carry. 

When you are done. you can now lift the plates and barbell by holding your hands on the barbell and lifting it out of the squat rack. When you are done doing this, you have moved the weight to your hands, now you lift the barbell up and down gradually!! 

This is the brief way to lift awaited equipment so easily.
