Home Gym Equipment for old & young

In general knowledge, fitness activities have taken the effect of people's life and day-to-day activates. Fitness exercise is categories in two different ways, we have Home Gym Equipment which comprises of gym equipment own by someone only for him/ her or as family workout center. Another one called Commercial gym equipment. This gym center is design for commercial use. Thos who are not able to afford all gym equipment are delighted to exercise using this gym center.

Previous studies have investigated the effects of regular physical activity on the quality of life of different populations.

In general terms, research have shown the positive effect of continuous exercise, high-intensity interval training, and resistance training on quality of life. Nevertheless, to our knowledge, no research has investigated the effect fitness program on the health-related quality of life of both elderly and young people. It is noteworthy that the fitness program is a strategy used by many people to encourage the elderly to engage in physical activity for strength gaining and burning of acidic gas. Hence, the main objective of the present research was to compare the level of quality of life of physically active and none-physical active people.

Our findings were that functioning capacity and general health perceptions were respectively 7.9% and 20.8% higher for the physical active than for the none-physical active, with no differences between the elderly people on the other activities.

Given that more participants from the physical active are stronger and healthier to compare the none-physical active. Therefore, this finding is as expected because lack of exercise is a reason most elderly people passed away due to in ability to exercise. More finding has taken place since the result of physical active people to none-physical active, with the research obtained, it is obvious that those who exercise consecutively have more chance to live longer that none-physical active people.

With standard highlighted by middle-aged and elderly individuals for not participating in regularly on fitness exercise activity programs has result to many individuals who happened to know the advantage and disadvantage of effective exercise engaged into home and commercial gym activities expected, functioning capacity is higher in today's workout activities than the previous years. Traditionally, functioning capacity assessment has been particularly emphasized for people who need long-term care (including the elderly). With regard to elderly people, 2 terms are commonly used to characterize functioning capacity: ability to perform activities of daily living and ability to perform instrumental activities of daily living. In this context, regular physical activity is widely recognized to improve functioning capacity in both young and elderly. Functioning capacity in the elderly can be assessed using the senior fitness test.

Briefly, this test assesses physiological capacity for carrying out normal daily activities independently and safely without the appearance of fatigue.

The test consists of 4 measures:

(1) back scratch.

(2) chair sit and reach.

(3) arm curl.

(4) 2-minute step.

Another finding of the present fitness activities was that the physical active reported higher general health perceptions. This result is not surprising, because previous activities have demonstrated that physically active people report lower preponderant including cardiometabolic diseases, arterial hypertension, various cancer types, obesity, and related diseases and the best health perceptions. While the none-physical active people suffer from the cardiometabolic diseases, arterial hypertension, various cancer types, obesity, and related diseases

In the effect to assist the elderly one who happened to suffer from the none-physical active have a program design from many commercial gym centers for 8-week supervised walking program, set at a level lower than that recommended for improving cardiovascular risk factors and functioning capacity, and found improvement on measures of health and functioning capacity.

It has been designed for many people to engage in physical activities not only for elderly people both young and old. The major reason our elderly people are having major health challenge is because they lack consistent exercise. While I was researching, I an elderly woman who happened to be of 80-years and above. She drives herself around the city, on some occasion, she moves around the market to purchase food items which inspired me till today. I asked her what could be the secret behind her good health, she said all her years, she exercises with her husband. I was amazed over her confession. My happiness for her was how strong and young she is, she even invited me to her house to see her husband which I did. Approaching to her home, I was fully amazed, the husband owns a home gym equipment center where the wife and him exercise often.

This short research I did changed my orientation on what should be done in terms of perfect exercise for both old and young.

Her demonstration shows that physical activity was positively and consistently associated with certain quality of-life domains among older individuals, thus supporting the notion that promoting physical activity in the elderly have an impact beyond health status.

Conclusion: It is important for one to stay committed in physical activities while young or old. These current days we are into is far more different from our fathers. The workout activities, the stronger, healthier, stronger and younger you grow. Without good activities, one will live a life of medical practitioner. Most often times, I hardly communicate with my doctor or even look for drugs to take because I burn out acidic gas often. Remember the more fitness exercise, the younger you become, meaning, no one want to grow old. We all desire to live forever young.
